Discusses topics related to transforming an organization using an architecture-driven approach. Items discussed including establishing an architecture vision, migration planning, governance and change management.

This is the fourth course in the APG TOGAF 8 Certification Program and is the second day of the two days of instructor-led training (ILT).

Note: These materials are provided as a convenience to students who have attended or will be attending the two days of instructor-led training that is required to complete the APG TOGAF 8 Certification program. Reviewing these materials without attending an ILT session will not result in TOGAF 8 Certification.
